Do you know that by exercising often, your body releases endorphins that help to keep your mind and body, healthy and happy? Come and join your student buddies as they introduce fun and innovative ways to keep you active such as low-intensity chair exercises that promote stretching and the warming up of your body! Also, your student buddies will guide you through some simple Zumba dance moves to popular songs that can get your heart racing and your body perspiring in no time!
