Many Singaporeans have a lot on their minds and often find it difficult to relax and be happy. We worry about our studies, our career, our parents, our children, our maids and for some, even our pets.
But worrying too much can affect your personal health, your effectiveness at work, your relationship with your loved ones, and eventually your happiness in life.
The objective of this talk is to impart some practical tips to participants so that they can stop worrying and start living.
