This talk will help you to understand what self-esteem is, as well as to gain more insights about yourself and find practical ways you can harness your strength.

Lemons to Lemonade: Adapting and Advancing
Life is full of unexpected twists and turns, and sometimes it feels like we are handed a basket full of lemons. But what if we could turn those lemons into something sweet and refreshing? In this workshop, we will explore the powerful metaphor of making lemonade out of life’s lemons, enhance our awareness of our “think-feel-do” in life’s different circumstances, and how it can help us develop resilience, embrace change in adversity, and toss a “life buoy” when a friend is in need.
*Suitable for youth aged 9 and above
