THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE. Through this session, the students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic will be sharing about the current food wastage situation in Singapore, the importance of preventing it and how everyone can play a part to reduce food waste! During the course, the students will also be doing a LIVE cooking demonstration on Potato Pouches*. The recipe will be shared at the end of the session.
