Food Wastage & Potato Pouches

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE. Through this session, the students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic will be sharing about the current food wastage situation in Singapore, the importance of preventing it and how everyone can play a part to reduce food waste! During the course, the students will also be doing a LIVE cooking demonstration on Potato Pouches*. The recipe will be shared at the end of the session. Not to be missed! *Please take note that senior participants will not be cooking.

Course Time: 2.00pm to 4.30pm

Prerequisite(s):
- 50 years old and above
- Singaporean or PR
- Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
- Participants are strongly encouraged to use their laptop/computer for this course as there will be a *LIVE cooking demonstration by students
