Food Safety & Souffle Pancakes

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE. Do you know there are many types of food-related illness? The students from Ngee Ann Polytechnic will share about the importance of food safety & food hygiene! Don't miss this opportunity as they will also be doing a LIVE cooking demonstration on Japanese Souffle Pancakes*. The recipe will be shared at the end of the session. *Please take note that senior participants will not be cooking.

Prerequisite(s):
- 50 years old and above
- Singaporean or PR
- Must be able to understand and converse in simple English
- Participants are strongly encouraged to use their laptop/computer for this course as there will be a *LIVE cooking demonstration by students
