Food and Movement 101

THIS IS A 1-SESSION ONLINE COURSE.
Join the students of Ping Yi Secondary School as they introduce to you a series of ways to keep yourself healthy at home! First up, you will be guided through full-body stretches that help to improve your mobility and limbs' strength. These are simple and basic movements for seniors so you don't have to worry about it being too intensive! Also, your student buddies will show you a pre-recorded demonstration video on how to make healthy and delicious versions of fried rice and chai masala tea!
