Feeling bored and restless at home? Join us as we stand up and get our limbs moving! Through this course, you will be engaged in simple yet beneficial workouts like stretches, chair workouts, and more that you can do in the comfort of your own home. In addition, your youth volunteers will also teach you on some brain gym activities that can help improve your mental wellness!
