OUR SERVICES >KOPI & TOAST PROGRAMME

Are you keen to Discover an Active Interest, but not knowing where to start? Or interested to learn new skills to help others Make A Difference in their lives?

If yes, we have this “Kopi and Toast” programme for you.
This is a practical programme which promotes smooth transition into third age where seniors live full, active and meaningful lives. Through a nurturing buddy relationship, seniors are encouraged to self-discover an active interest in their journey to attain fulfilment.

As a Kopi Buddy, you will be trained as a mentor to support your "toast" buddies, (whom are the mentees), to help them discover a new hobby.
Trainings will be provided for the Kopi buddies to help support up to 2 mentees, to help them build up their confidence and encourage them to lead a more active lifestyle.

As a Toast Buddy, you will be paired with a trained "Kopi" Buddy to support you to discover new interests. Toast buddy is someone who is open to new ideas and is committed to explore and try out new things. You can also suggest activities that you find interesting to do.

For more details, you may refer to the brochures and videos below.
